We are flat roof specialists installing Sarnafil single ply polymeric membrane roofs both domestically and commercially. Fascias and Soffits

 

We are a member of Fair Trades and all our work is covered with an independant insurance backed guarantee. All our products are available in a number of colours including white, black, mahogamy woodgrain, rosewood, brown, light oak and creme. Other colours are available on request.

            

We do not clad over existing rooflines we fully replace all existing timber fascias, soffits, cladding and gutters with our wide range of high density cellular foam P.V.C.ue roofline products which all have a colour fast guarantee conforming to BS7619. Even if the timber looks okay, is not a good idea to 'Over Clad' the timber or 'Cappit' as apposed to replacing it fully with P.V.C.ue roofline products.

It is often difficult to detect wood rot because of the build up of paint on the outside. And unless you remove all the tiles to view the top edge and back of the timber it may be impossible to determine its state. Furthermore the timber itself will have a moisture content which inevitably leads to wet rot. Over cladding or capping old softwood timbers can only lead to problems in the future. Another problem is that should the rot continue to spread it can now do so undetected.

Flat Roof Systems

As an alternative to traditional felt roof systems we are now a Sarnafil Roof Assured registered installer of the worlds finest flat roof systems which are BBA assessed to last for over forty years.

  

     
Sarnafil flat roof system is a PVC stabilised single ply membrane it is engineered to form a stable waterproof covering and is unaffected by expansion and contraction. It is protected against damaging solar rays and the very worst British weather.

• Titanium Dioxide in the top layer provides optimum UV resistance.
• Sarnafil is vapour permeable which prevents blisters.
• Assessed by the BBA to last in excess of 40 years.
• Lacquered finish for easy cleaning.

Sarnafil launched its unique PVC flat roof waterproofing over 40 years ago and early projects such as the Biel Swimming Pool in Switzerland, installed in 1964, and are still performing superbly today.
