Cladding
As with all our products cladding is available in a range of colours and finishes to suit individual needs and requirements.White cladding, wood grain cladding , rosewood cladding, light oak cladding , black cladding, crème cladding are all available and other colours by request. They are available in 100mm,125mm and 150mm depth (4"/5" and 6") which will enable a like for like replacement in the majority of cases.
We completely remove all existing cladding and make sure that any existing timber fixing lathes, insulation or protective materials which are behind the areas of cladding are fully intact and in good condition. If they need repairing or replacing we will carry out this work prior to fixing the new P.V.C.ue cladding.We then install the new P.V.C.ue cladding using stainless steel cladding pins/screws which will not rust or corrode, these fixings are hidden and the cladding is finished off by using starter edge trims, corner trims and universal joining trims which all are covered under the same terms and conditions of the guarantee for the cladding.
Any necessary sealing and finishing off is carried out before the new cladding is cleaned down and a final inspection is then carried out by the installation team leader.All existing felt edges which are lifted to enable fixing of new fascias round the top of flat roof areas are renewed with brand new felt drip edges around the perimeter
