We can provide a range of fascias and soffits in Manchester, Leeds and York to suit the appearance of your home.
Take a look at our 10 step installation process of our fascias, soffits and barge boards. We provide a guarantee for fifteen years on all of our white coloured P.V.C.ue fasias and soffits.
We build the scaffolding structure to allow us to carry out the installation correctly with the least amount of inconvenience for our customers and their neighbours.
To allow us to remove the existing guttering fascias and soffits, we will lift out the tiles on the first rows.
Fit new rafter ends to create a secure and level installation for your fascias and soffits.
We fit a system for ventilation over the top of new fascia boards.
Beneath the first row of tiles we install a bird guard and a solid, long lasting roofing membrane.
Finish installing new guttering, fascias and soffits.
We will remove any timber barge boards and soffits are removed from the gable wall. Then we replace these with new barge boards and soffits.
New soffits, dry verge end caps and barge boards are fitted. We can install an alternative sand and cement verge.
Installation has now been completed.
We provide all our roofline products in a large range of colours and finishes.
All of our cladding and P.V.C.ue products are available in a vast amount of colours and different finishes to choose from. All our colours are available in 100mm,125mm and 150mm depth (4"/5" and 6") which will enable a like for like replacement in the majority of cases.
During the installation process of fitting new cladding, we will remove all of your current cladding and perform checks of your roof to ensure that all materials protecting your roof and insulation are in a suitable state to allow us to install your new cladding. We will replace and repair any of these materials on your roof, if needed before the cladding is fitted.
We then install the P.V.C.ue cladding using pins made from stainless steel that do not rust over time. All our pins that are used will not been see and the cladding used will be completed by adding trimming.
Any necessary sealing and finishing off is carried out before the new cladding is cleaned down and a final inspection is then carried out by the installation team leader.
All existing felt edges on flat roofs are lifted to enable fixing of new fascias round the top of the flat roof areas. These are then renewed with brand new felt drip edges around the perimeter. We now also now supply and fix "300mm deep double cladding embossed".
We are able to install guttering as part of a new roofline system, when replacing fascias or to an existing roofline. We provide our guttering in a range of colours and profiles for you to choose from.
