1. Scaffolding erected to enable correct installation procedure at the minimum inconvenience to the customer and neighboring properties.

2. First few rows of tiles are lifted to enable the removal of all existing fascias, soffits and guttering

3. New rafter ends fitted to ensure a firm, level fix both fascias & soffits.

4. An over fascia ventilation system is fitted to the top of the new fascia boards.

5. Rigid non-degradable roofing membrane and birdguard are installed under the first row of tiles.

6. Complete new fascias soffits and guttering.

7. Existing timber bargeboards and gable end soffits removed and replaced with new PVCu bargeboards and soffits.

8. New PVCue barge boards and soffits fitted with dry verge end caps, alternatively a sand and cement verge can be fitted.

9. Completed installation with dry verge end caps.

10. Woodgrain fascias, soffits and barge boards are also available.
