We offer a complete range of roofing services from conversions of pitched roofs to complete re-roofing. We can fit dry verge end caps to existing and new roofs. Our customers will have a wide range of tiles to select from. We use treated timber lathes, breathable high quality roofing felt and Tiles from the major manufacturers such as Marley, Sandtoft and Redland. We clear all waste from site leaving the customers property clear of any debris.
Scaffolding is erected following HSE guidelines before we commence any work on your roof.
All existing tiles, timber lathes, felt and ridge tiles are removed.
All our work is carried out by our fully trained and experienced employees.
New treated timber lathes and breathable roofing felt are installed.
Ridge tiles are installed using Sand and Cement . A dry ridge system can be installed as an alternative which will eliminate any ridge line maintenance in the coming years.
Dry verge end caps can be fitted to all gable end tiles or they can be pointed up with sand and cement.
Dry Verge roof system is a much improved alternative to traditional sand and cement to gable end end tiles. They carry a ten year guarantee and also help to hold the end roofing tiles on in bad weather conditions. Sand and cement verges require maintenance and over a period of time may need a complete overhaul which is another expense which can be avoided if you have a dry verge system installed.
