| 1. Scaffolding erected to enable correct installation procedure at the minimum inconvenience to the customer and neighboring properties. | 2. First few rows of tiles are lifted to enable the removal of all existing fascias, soffits and guttering |

| 3. New rafter ends fitted to ensure a firm, level fix both fascias & soffits. | 4. An over fascia ventilation system is fitted to the top of the new fascia boards. |

| 5. Rigid non-degradable roofing membrane and birdguard are installed under the first row of tiles. | 6. Complete new fascias soffits and guttering. |

| 7. Existing timber bargeboards and gable end soffits removed and replaced with new PVCu bargeboards and soffits. | 8. New PVCue barge boards and soffits fitted with dry verge end caps, alternatively a sand and cement verge can be fitted. |

| 9. Completed installation with dry verge end caps. | 10. Woodgrain fascias, soffits and barge boards are also available. |
