When a customer is considering new fascias and soffits there is a lot to consider. Colour, materials, style and cost will all come under consideration, and while Northern Roofline have the knowledge and expertise to help with this decision-making process, the decision, ultimately is yours. But the products offered by Northern Roofline make this process much easier, and this was illustrated recently by a project we undertook in Doncaster, South Yorkshire.
Our PVCue fascias and soffits materials are usually installed to replace outdated timber materials, which require much more maintenance, and even then can split, crack and warp and deteriorate in appearance much more frequently. So it makes complete sense to replace these with PVCue materials which retain their colour, appearance and structure for much longer and are easy to clean. But at the same time, some people really like the authentic wooden appearance and feel that it better suits their home.
